Energy and Process Simulation Symposium 2019

Norton Straw presented our views (and case studies) on the role of engineering simulation in structural integrity of oil and gas production and process systems at the 2019 Energy and Process Simulation Symposium in Houston, 21 & 22 May 2019.

Bringing together around 150 engineers over two days interested in simulation and modelling across the energy and process industries, this annual event arranged by Siemens Industry Software showcased many interesting presentations on how companies embrace engineering simulation in the design and operation of complex engineering systems.  As well as Norton Straw, presenters included Aker Solutions, Shell, TechnipFMC, Siemens, Wild Well Control, NRG and Chiyoda.

Dr Matt Straw presented how the team at Norton Straw help our clients to embrace simulation to lead the design process and to develop digital twins to improve performance and to safely maxmise the useful life of engineering systems in operation.
